Steps
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then rub both sides with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, half of the salt, half of the black pepper, and half of the garlic powder.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, remaining salt, remaining black pepper, and remaining garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and arrange the broccoli florets around them in a single layer, then air-fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes until the broccoli begins to brown.
- Gently shake or turn the broccoli florets and continue air-frying at 400°F (200°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), and the broccoli is tender-crisp with charred tips.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half evenly over the hot salmon and roasted broccoli.
- Transfer the salmon fillets and broccoli to serving plates and serve immediately with the remaining lemon cut into wedges alongside.
